This concert is an invitation to experience music in a different way — to feel the rhythm not only with your ears, but with your whole body. Each piece opens a new door to your imagination, where percussion is no longer just rhythm, but becomes gesture, colour, breath and landscape.
In Small Print, by Vasco Mendonça, everything begins with restraint and detail. Small sounds and precise gestures reveal music made of spaces, echoes and subtleties, where silence has as much weight as impact.

Spiralling, by Luís Tinoco, is a crescendo of energy. The music spins around itself, in spirals of movement that intensify and transform, as if the sound were in permanent expansion.

With Narnchygäer, by François Tashjian, we enter a denser and more ritualistic territory. Each touch, each resonance, creates an atmosphere of tension and surprise, in which sound moves between the earthly and the ethereal.

The concert ends with Helicopter – We Are Still on the Move, by Pedro Lima (aka Peter Limes) — a pulsating, physical and constantly shifting piece. The sound advances, retreats and takes on new forms, as if the music itself were always in motion.
