The clarinet is one of the most versatile instruments when it comes to exploring different sounds. Described by the German newspaper Rheinische Post as “the wizard of the clarinet’s sound”, Horácio Ferreira presents, in this concert, a wide range of the instrument’s sonic and aesthetic possibilities, exploring it as an extension of the human voice.
The programme weaves a musical narrative that presents the clarinet as a unique medium for artistic expression, inviting the audience to discover new timbres, atmospheres and sonic possibilities.
