Setâr (2026)
The Manueline Sacristy at Alcobaça Monastery hosted the SETÂR project, a fusion of Middle Eastern poetry and traditional Persian music, bringing together tradition, improvisation and contemporary creativity in a concert that blended vocals with the sounds of the kamancheh, the tar and other ancient instruments of the Persian tradition.
