Mário Laginha plays Carlos Paredes (2025)
On the closing weekend of the Frontiers programme, we held a concert featuring one of the great names in Portuguese jazz, in a major partnership with Panorama - Multiusos de Alcobaça, in the Sala Lustre. Pianist Mário Laginha paid tribute to Carlos Paredes, an undisputed master of the Portuguese guitar and a central figure in the country's musical identity.
