The concert promotes an encounter between two archives that remain, almost always, incommunicable in concert programmes: the repertoire created for the Latin liturgical rites and the oral music, of popular roots, recreated by composers of the 20th and 21st centuries. The expressiveness of Marian devotion, under the sign of the "sacred mother", is the place for this unusual encounter, proposed by the Ensemble São Tomás de Aquino.
