Dança em Diálogos

Contemporary Dance

The traces of three stories of diverse characters - D. João V and his promise to erect a colossal Convent; Friar Lourenço and his dream of flying; Baltasar and Blimunda who want nothing more than the simplicity of the love that unites them. A unique narrative flow is created by the events that cross their lives and that question the most complex human attitude: the will. Stories once told through the intense and disturbing writing of Saramago, which illustrate the inexhaustible contemporaneity of a unique work. And so... Once upon a time there was the ballet Baltasar and Blimunda (Memorial do Convento).
